This week we are gathering in Kin Food Hall. The foodcourt offers a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes with good social space to gather.  You can join us anytime between 7:00pm to 9:00pm.     

Discussion 

At 8:15pm, we will break into smaller groups to discuss one EA forum post. This week, we will look at: Effective Altruism and Eastern Ethics - (5mins read, also see comments)  

Suggested questions:

1. Have you had similar experience?
2. How much do you agree/ disagree that Effective Altruism a 'Western' idea? Why?
3. Are some variables/ moral principles/ concepts unique to 'Eastern' cultures only?
